Altarion Biosciences has extensive experience with a range of mammalian expression platforms, including our own proprietary CHO platform. Our high efficiency transfection protocol and high-throughput screening of clones allows us to generate stable cell lines which can reach titers of up to 5 g/L IgG. We can also generate overexpression cell lines with a gene of interest for research use.
